Membership benefits are provided for those active and in good standing during the term of their agreement.

A monthly payment of $79 includes the following benefits:

Terms & Conditions

• Membership fees of $79 are due on the day of signup and will automatically continue month-to-month unless terminated under this agreement.

• Monthly dues and renewal fees will be withdrawn on the 1st of each month.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Members must follow clinic rules and regulations. Dermatology Institute reserves the right to refuse, alter, or discontinue services for any reason.

• Members must notify the Dermatology Institute of any changes in address, contact information, and credit card information.

• Dermatology Institute reserves the right to modify/change membership rules, regulations, services, and pricing with reasonable notice.

• Services do not roll over to the next month.

• Membership does not include guaranteed appointment availability, specific providers, or specific results/warranties of any treatment.

• 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel a scheduled service. Failure to provide notice will forfeit that month’s complimentary service.

Cancellation Policy (Updated)

• Members may cancel their membership at any time with a minimum 30-day advance notice.

• Cancellations may be submitted through any of the following approved methods:

  • The online store

  • Klara message

  • Email to the Dermatology Institute

  • In person by completing and signing the Membership Cancellation Form

• Once a cancellation request is submitted, members will receive a final invoice for one last monthly membership fee, which will be charged during the required 30-day notice period.

• Cancellation requests are not retroactive, and there are no refunds or prorated fees if the member cancels before the month ends.

• All benefits and discounts remain active through the end of the 30-day notice period as long as the final payment is completed.
